December 10, 2010 - The Shops at Mauna Lani announced today the addition of Hulakai, a surfboard, stand up paddleboard and surf apparel lifestyle store. The new 1,397 square foot store is located across from the beautiful water feature center stage and will be open beginning Monday, December 13th.

October 16, 2010 - The Shops at Mauna Lani "Uncorked" on October 16th, is an invitation to get back to basics, relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of great food and drink. From 5:00-7:00 p.m., the community is invited to simply celebrate Saturday night, sip a sunset glass of wine, beer or frozen beverage and sample some of the Big Island’s finest and favorite flavors. July 28, 2010 - Aloha Investment Group III, LLC, today named Debbie Parmley its vice president. In this capacity, Ms. Parmley will oversee all aspects of management, leasing, advertising, promotions and community relations for The Shops at Mauna Lani.

July 26, 2010 - The Shops at Mauna Lani today announced the addition of the Eight Rocks Hawaii flagship store to its family of merchants. The shop, which will showcase apparel and accessories for local life "from the sand to the streets," is slated to open in early August. The family-owned store will feature clothing and accessories from both global brands, such as Vans, LRG and New Era, and Hawaii-based brands, including In4mation, Defend Hawaii, Aloha Army and signature Eight Rocks logo wear.

May 20, 2010 - ‘First Fridays’ free summer concert series returns to The Shops at Mauna Lani. Performances showcasing eclectic Big Island sounds kick off June 4. The Shops at Mauna Lani today announced the return of its free summer concert series dubbed “First Fridays at The Shops.” Beginning on Friday, June 4, the shopping complex will host music performances at its outdoor stage on the first Friday evening of every month.

February 24, 2010 - The Shops at Mauna Lani today announced the addition of a new espresso bar and café. KiMOBEAN, set to open in early summer, will serve premium coffees from select estate farms on Kona, Maui, Molokai and Kauai.

December 22, 2009 - ‘Juice 101’ to serve healthy fuel for body and mind inspired by local ingredients. The Shops at Mauna Lani today announced the addition of a new restaurant. “Juice 101,” a juice, smoothie and coffee bar providing healthy fuel for the body and mind, is slated to open in January 2010. Created by restaurateurs Denise Walters and Matthew Zubrod, the eatery features hand-pressed vegetables, fruit juices and smoothies, and an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients and general well being from food. The shop will also serve healthy selections such as pressed sandwiches and salads.
