The Shops at Mauna Lani invites the community to its 3rd annual Fortune Festival on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 5 p.m .to 8 p.m. The Fortune Festival is a free event and all are welcome.
To ring in the Year of the Monkey, “feed” the lucky Chinese lions with red lai envelopes for new year’s blessings. Highlights include martial arts performances, fire blowing, I Ching fortune telling, relaxing Chinese acupressure, and a Chinese Dragon display for photos.
Participating shops will offer good luck “Hang Sau Zung Grab Bag” worth double the purchase price and various special event sales.
Chinese chicken salad, Dragon Bowls and Chinese snacks to support Hālau Manaola, Miranda’s Malasadas, Kona Ice Truck, and specialty hot dogs from Kona Dogs will all be available for purchase.
Additional event parking will be available nearby with complimentary shuttle service during the event.

The Shops at Mauna Lani welcomes this year’s Chanukah Celebration hosted by Kona Beth Shalom! Come down and join us for a family friendly event. It will be Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm with free admission. Live music by Kona’s Traveling Jewish Wedding Band and fun activities including dancing the “Chanukah Hula”, Menorah lighting, arts and crafts for kids and much more!
