Juice 101 is a juice, smoothie and coffee bar providing healthy fuel for the body and mind. The shop also serves healthy selections such as pressed sandwiches and salads. Created by restaurateurs Denise Walters and Matthew Zubrod, the eatery features hand-pressed vegetables, fruit juices and smoothies, and an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients and general well being from food.

Open daily 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Open until 9 p.m. on Monday and Thursday evenings.
